LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several shortcomings that ultimately led to its overthrow. One primary problem was its inability to accurately predict the lines of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to explain phenomena like quantumjumps. Furthermore, its deterministic nature contradicted with the inherent uncer
